Visual arts

Contemporary visual artists in the UK are an international success story and our galleries and promoters are part of a global visual arts network that is drawing increasingly wide audiences and participants from across the world. Visual arts covers a range of artforms from the established media of painting, sculpture and photography as well as crossovers with design and architecture. Visual artists are often risk takers, crossing disciplines and increasingly influencing the wider visual culture that is shaping the world we live in. We are now hoping to see all of this reflected within this section of Platforma and in relation to refugees.
