About us

Celebrating Sanctuary Birmingham showcases the talents of refugee artists, supports and promotes musicians from refugee backgrounds and celebrates the contributions of refugees to the UK. We provide the Celebrating Sanctuary Festival, an annual world music festival in Birmingham, which runs throughout June, and we deliver music events, educational projects and activities throughout the year.
